Missing Man

If you are regularly shopping, you will notice the great change that is happening to prices; anywhere you go, the price of just about anything – especially the home goods – keep on increasing. It is true that there are times when the prices decrease or remain in its current condition, but this does not last for long; soon enough they would be in their high states again. This uncontrollable increase in prices today made many families feel distressed particularly those who have limited budgets and they are discouraged to see that services, products, and even taxes cost more and kept on increasing. When we talk about inflation, it means that the salaries of the workers increase together with the prices of the products; but the truth is that the income of the workers still cannot help them in coping with the high prices of the goods that they mainly need to live. Workers have totally no control with the increase of their salaries and they cannot keep up with the inflation; elderly people and retired ones are also affected because their pensions and incomes are fixed and barely increasing. There are also those unskilled workers who are suffering more than the ones mentioned earlier; they are not given the right to demand for higher wages. But with those people who are receiving large amounts of salaries, inflation seems to be attractive. Despite this benefit, inflation still robs from the most needy people – from the elderly to the poorest class of people.
